We work with churches, ministry schools, youth groups, life groups, public charities, wildlife groups, human interest groups, faith-based treatment programs, and the list goes on. Many of these groups are faith-based but some are not. Some of them are recovery homes and halfway houses and some are housewives and soccer dads. They come from many different walks of life and have caused as different as they are. So then, what is the one comparable similarity between groups of people who are so widely different? They are each fundraising for their cause. 

We have worked events large and small and provided anywhere from 2 people to as many as 450 people to various events.  Most events average from 50 – 100 volunteers. On any given weekend,  we could have up to 20 events going on all over the nation. This is made possible by utilizing the existing volunteer base of our partner nonprofit groups.

“Staffing Agency Markup/Bill Rate: This is the price staffing agencies charge clients on top of the hourly wage payable to the employee. With most staffing agencies the markup or bill rate is decided by similar means. To calculate the charges to you, the client, the staffing firm will add together the cost associated with the man-hours put into recruiting and managing the employees, overhead costs associated with maintaining their office, state and federal taxes, and the profit the staffing company expects to make. “

Kingdom Promotions is different because we are a Nonprofit organization and so are the groups we partner with. When our “staff” (volunteers) go out to work for our clients they are not working as individuals trying to earn a wage. They volunteer as a group in exchange for a donation that is based on an hourly rate per volunteer that goes to an organization they help support. The donation rates vary between events depending on many factors such as the skill level of the volunteers needed, availability of local teams or how far a team would need to travel if no local teams are available, the work environment the teams will be expected to work in, and the level of experience the team has.

The personal service provided by the Staffing Representatives, Staffing Manager, and Staffing Director is second to none. Your event is very important to us. *We will handle recruitment, background screenings, scheduling, time sheet management, and payroll.
